Baton Rouge OSTEOARTHRITIS SUFFERERS AND THEIR PAIN

Now a Mediterranean diet has potential to be fun though!

WHAT TO EAT ON A MEDITERRANEAN DIET

The Mediterranean diet incorporates lots of fruits and vegetable, legumes and nuts, cereals and seeds, seafood and fish. Consuming a Mediterranean diet can be very tasty as well as adventurous for a recent Mediterranean diet enthusiast.

BENEFITS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET

Knee osteoarthritis involves inflammation in addition to pain.
