Baton Rouge Encourages Walking for Back Pain Relief

Medical Spine and Sports Injury and Rehab Centers invites Baton Rouge back pain sufferers and neck pain sufferers to walk. Walking is easy and effective in the management of pain. Walks do not have be crazy long! A walk in the park or around the neighborhood does wonders!

BACK PAIN’S DAILY IMPACT
